Rehab Grant
|
The Village of Oxford partners with a variety
of organizations to help local residents
with repairs. One example of this is the
Housing Rehab Grant partnership with Community
Action Partnership of Mid-Nebraska. This
will include repairs such as roofing, siding,
windows, painting, heating, electrical insulation,
etc. on individual homes. The program does
have income guidelines for the homeowner
to participate.

Pleasant Heights |
Pleasant Heights is retirement housing consisting
of 20 one-bedroom units of approximate 500 square feet in size. The buildings and
grounds were constructed in 1967 and financed
by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Ammenities include free maintenance, on site laundry
facilities, community/meeting room, utilities and laundry paid,
